Grid systems for ion beam sources

NTG designs and fabricates complete grid systems for Ion Beam sources. These packages are the main wear parts of the IBF-plant and can be easily exchanged.

The standard material for grid systems is graphite, but NTG also manufactures grid systems of molybdenum and other materials.

The grid surface can be plane or curved.

Only the use of original NTG grid systems as wear parts guarantue a stable and long lasting working Ion Beam source.
