Within the scope of products and services our company fulfills all the requirements according to DIN EN ISO 9001, KTA 1401, EN 10090-2, EN 10090-3 and additional agreements concerning

• Development, design, calculation and preparation of documents for preliminary survey
• Purchase of specified material
• Acid cleaning according to DIN 25410

Our independent quality department is equipped with an electronic multi-axes gauging machine and several other electronic devices (f.e. FARO gage) as well as a FARO Laser Tracker

In our IBF lab we use a 4″ Zygo verifier AT+ Interferometer incl. 4″ to 6″ converter, a Park XE-150 AFM and a MicroXAM-100 WLI.
